Here we only demonstated utm_campaign, you can add other fields very similarly as well.

If you do testing, you should see the UTM params in the Form Builder submission section

If you want to send this data outside of your WordPress like Salesforce or Hubspot. You can use submission type as "Send To URL" to send the data to your Webhook in Zapier. And you can sync the data to your favorite CRM within Zapier.
